Advance Air Systems performed a complete rebalance of this building in 2000 when it was struck by a tornado.

The hotel features: 12,000 square feet of meeting space, 15,000 dedicated to two restaurants, a 9,000 square foot spa, and additional 10,000 square feet of retail space. The penthouse in the residences is one of the largest in Dallas at 13,000 square feet.

The multiple areas and usages required specific and experienced TAB project managers and technicians to complete the project with superior results.

Olin E. Teague VA Medical Center Location: Temple, Texas Size: 350,000 Sq. The Mechanical Systems in the replacement wing consisted of 36 air handling units, medical gas systems, medical vacuum system, 1200 VAV air terminals with reheat coils, and plumbing systems for 600 patient rooms.

Dallas VA Medical Center Expansion Location: Dallas, Texas Size: 1.1 million Sq. Ft, 4 level hospital expansion and remodel Subcontractor for: Veterans Administrations (Owner) Mechanical Engineer: Huitt Zollars Notes: Advance Air Systems was one of the first TAB contractors to be hired directly by the Veterans Administration for this project. This facility was approximately 600,000 square foot addition and 500,000 sqare foot remodel. Located on 84 acres of land, the Dallas VA Medical Center is a very large facility, with the new addition now has over two million square feet of interior space.

Fort Sam Houston Medical Education and Training Campus Location: Ft. Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas Size: 2 Million + Sq. Ft, Consisting of 9 buildings.
