Notes:  After successfully completing Fort Hood Enlisted Barracks Complexes II, III and IV, Advance Air Systems was proud to join the team again for Enlisted Barracks Complex V.  This job included a 480-unit Barracks, a four-Company Operations Facility and a Central Energy Plant.  AAS' commitment to excellence allows us to thrive in sectors most find daunting.  Overall, AAS has completed over $250,000,000 totalling over 1,000,000 sq ft in Fort Hood Projects.

Notes:   One of Seton Family of Hospitals' newest facilties, this hospital includes 181 beds, along with an Emergency Department and Womens Center.   Advance Air Systems' professionalism and expertise in the Healthcare sector, including TDH requirements, provides the quality and service hospital projects need.  Due to our dedication to this project, we were awarded the contract for a sister facility now under construction 20 miles away in Kyle, Texas (please see Current Projects for additional details).

Size: Over 600,000 sq ft in Richardson and Fort Worth

Notes:  When the nation's premier mortgage lender moved to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, they needed space and needed it fast. Advance Air Systems completed this fast tracked work at Beach Street Campus (Old Motorola), Lakeside Campus (Old Nortel) and Amon Carter Campus (Centreport).  Appropriate staffing, coordination and quick reporting are the strengths needed for projects like these, and AAS provides just that with our 24 hour electronic reporting after project completion.

Notes: The newest centerpiece in the enclave of Uptown Dallas.   This 31 story luxury condominium tower features a private theatre, lounge, library and boardroom, along with 161 condominium and penthouse suites.  This project was the first residential project in Dallas to earn LEED Certification.  Teamwork was key and AAS understands how important teamwork is on your projects.
