Seton Medical Center Hays

Subcontractor for: Lott Brothers Construction

Notes: Currently in progress and scheduled to open late in 2009, this will be the newest Seton Hospital in Central Texas. After completing Seton Medical Center in Williamson and meeting and/or exceeding all construction requirements, Advance Air Systems was asked to complete this project with the same dedication.

The Austonian 56-Story Tower

Location: Austin, Texas

Size: 850,000 sq ft (valued at $200,000,000)

Subcontractor for: Cobb Mechanical Texas

Mechanical Engineer: CHPA

Notes: Scheduled for completion in 2010, The Austonian will be seeking a four-star rating from the City of Austin in its Green Building Rating System, equivalent to the LEED Gold Rating from the USGBC. This will be the tallest residential building in Texas. Our past work experience on condominium towers throughout Texas provided our customer the best option for getting this project completed on time and professionally.
